Wanton Mee
This dish is probably influenced by Hong Kong Cuisine but has become a part of Singapore culture. They are springy noodles caramelized in char siew and possessed with the right amount of smokiness. The char siew contains a right mix of lean meat and fatty layers. This dish has one more element – the wanton dumplings, they are fried or served in the form of soup dumplings.

Kaya Toast
Kaya toast is one and only traditional breakfast of Singapore, it is a slice of bread toasted on a bread grill, dipped into coconut or egg Kaya. Then a thick slice of SCS butter is applied to the warm bread that completely melts into it. There can be many variations of the dish like Jiam Tao Leh ee. This is very famous in the country and is the favorite breakfast of the people.
