Lockdown effect: Pollution drop makes Himachals visible from Jalandhar

As the sky has started to clear up weeks after the lockdown, animals have been seen roaming about, the pollution level has decreased and now, people from Punjab are enjoying the view of mountains from their house. 

People living in Hoshiarpur and Jalandhar have shared images of the Dhauladhar range in Himachal Pradesh as the mountains are visible even from 200 km away. 

The residents also claimed that this hasn’t happened in the past 30 years and it is a delightful sight.
